Whisky from cask #1079 has the signature medicinal peat character of this iconic Islay distillery, balanced by over a decade of Oloroso influence. Expect notes of dried and stone fruits, spice, nuts, chocolate all wrapped up in a smoky peat that is defiantly Laphroaig.
