Rooster Rojo Anejo Tequila (750ml) Blended Scotch warm finish is preceded byThis aejo Tequila was made with blue agave, using the Fabrica de Tequilas method of cooking the pia with steam in autoclaves for 10 hours. A special yeast is added to the agave juices prior to fermentation, before Rooster Rojo anejo is double pot distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged in oak.
