Very good vintage condition

Some aging and natural darkening to the wood including a dark spot on his shoulder on one side but overall very good condition and really terrific

So when I spotted this and one other of her prints at an antiques shop recently

with lovely bouquet and pretty gold border

Sailboats on Water, Antique British Monochromatic Ink Wash Postcard hand-painted tiger Very good vintage conditionThis ink wash seascape is pretty understated, but I think makes for quite an elegant, and also a bit melancholic, old postcard, c. 1910s British, I believe. The monochrome palette also makes it feel sort of mid way between watercolor painting and black and white photograph, at a time when one was giving way to the other, which for me rather enhances its end of the day feeling. 3 1 2" x 5 1 2" and in excellent condition, with unused back.
