Abel Fly Tying Vise 8 Weight The original owner etched numbersA very nice Abel Supreme fly tying vise, this one from the first run that Steve Abel made in 1999 and signed by him along with "#2" on the underside of the base, presumably to indicate the second of these that Abel made. The vise does not appear to have been used at all from what I can see. The base is machined from solid brass, as are the stem and headstock. The result is a precision and heavy duty package that is reminiscent of the heavier Renzetti
