Marking the month of August 1917 (the calendar bit was cut and pasted onto the card) I presume it was the maker of the pressing who wrote a few notes to herself on the reverse
Seems likely the carving of the outlines of the drawing were was left to Bob
Winsome Colored Pencil Flowers Drawing toy ship 2” x 2 1/2”I found this drawing in the Hudson River Valley while digging through some stacks of flat work and it just struck me as a good one striking just the right balance of cheerful and winsome, boldness and delicacy; sweet but not sacharine. I don't believe it's got much age to it, and haven't definitely placed the M McGurk who signed it, but I'm really quite fond if it. 16 1 4" x 10". Colored pencil on paper. Very good condition.
