Rising River Shiraz Producer_Sula Vineyards Skadi's Pure Honey MeadThe fruit is harvested from selected vineyards across the Western Cape. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel with daily punching down for maximum extraction of colour and tannins. The wine is matured in old French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.
