It is supplied UNFRAMED It is 30cm diameter and is made from a single sheet of cut black paper with collage (blue sea). Its mounted in relief so you really get the sense of it being made from cut paper and I recommend presenting it in a box or shadow frame. Its part of a trio of Cardiff Bay landmarks.
