Crystal malt is a stalwart of English ales and bitters and is unsurpassed in its ability to gently sweeten and balance the hoppiness of English ales. This malt also improves head retention and beer stability. It can of course be mixed with the other malts to recreate your favourite beer or perhaps create your own
