Simple White Standard This rum does it all51% ABV, Unaged Taste rum as it was made in 1600s America. Our Simple White is a testament to simplicity. This historic rum is made with Costa Rican sugarcane, pitched with a 300 year old legacy strain of yeast from Barbados. Distilled once through a traditional pot still, we are able to retain the delicate, floral, and grassy notes of the sugarcane, quickly followed by candied fruit notes. This spirit has an underlying, gentle, buttery texture,
