18th Century Louis XV Giltwood Mirror, c.1750 Tables The brass lock to keepA stunning 18th century Louis XV giltwood mirror, c. 1750. The crest is adorned with vines and leaves surrounding a central basket filled with flowers, above an original mirror plate surround by a boldly carved foliate border. The original mirror plate is heavily and attractively foxed and now barely reflects, giving that sought after 'portal' like quality. There is a historic loss and repair to the top left flower to the crest. Overall the whole
