It is loaded with a 1 5 weight spool which has capacity for a WF3 with 150yds of 20#, a WF4 with 110yds 20#, or a WF5 with 100yds of 20#. Near mint condition just a speck here and there that might suggest use, but most people would probably just call this mint. Very clean. Includes the original blue pouch. All black
