Trichodiadema densum *Shrubby caudiciform Mesemb* Cactus Desert Iron was created byTrichodiadema densum One of the only woody caudiciform Mesembs! Fairly uncommonly offered. This plant forms soft bendable branches with flaky bark and fleshy green leaves. Over time the base and the roots become large and swollen. When it gets larger you can raise the plant so that the upper parts of the roots are exposed, giving a very attractive caudiciform look (see last picture). The branches will become long and droopy, but you can prune it
