The plant makes attractive maroon to black flowers when actively growing. It goes dormant in the winter with the vine dying back to the caudex. Easy to grow. Likes filtered light and will need some sort of pole or trellis for the vine to climb on. When actively growing should be watered before the soil dries out fully. Keep
