As is traditional with Bordeaux Blancs this wine is a blend of mostly Semillon (75%) with Sauvignon Blanc (20%) and a touch of Muscadelle (5%). Rich, weighty, waxy and honeyed, the Semillon is balanced by the nerve and punch of Sauvignon Blanc and the pronounced florality of the Muscadelle. Higher end Bordeaux
