And at that time, my MTG reviews just kind of went into a bit of a hiatus due to a combination of broken image links and a bit of a rush to get to later, 'new card format' expansions like Mirrodin, Kamigawa, Amonkhet, and especially Innistrad and Zendikar
More of the legends in this set feel like support cards than build arounds, but I still enjoy many of the designs
Both creatures are extremely synergistic in our deck, with toxic letting them give our opponent a poison counter, but also because they both have abilities that trigger when we proliferate, with Voidwing Hybrid coming back from our graveyard to our hand, making it an infinite blocker and a recursive toxic attacker, and Venser making Golems that help keep us alive while we are executing our control plan
There is probably some general correlation between jankyness of deck and chances of finding a City of Brass in it, certainly in cube at least
