This Summon grants something that many games of Magic sorely lack: randomness

Even though Im not sure being a tapper is all that relevant in a game of Commander, you do get a Clue token when you do it, so its always going to be useful

A Commander deck is 100 cards and you cant have more than one of any card that isnt a basic land

It is not at all hard to goldfish a turn 3 kill and as such you cannot hope to win against a RDW now unless you have decent interaction in the first few turns
