As is, I think its a better inclusion in the 99 of a human deck

This can be combined with cards with draw effects, search effects, or even having multiple Toshammar Trinkets

The One Piece Card Game could have been a lazy re-implimentation of familiar Trading Card Game mechanics, but to its credit, it does bring some great new ideas to the table
