The sleeves are pleated at the shoulder, which creates the beautiful fullness at the wrists. This dress also has a faux double breasted front, shirt style cuffs, and shoulder pads. Fully lined in white silk. We are dating it to the mid 1980s. No size label is present, but we are estimating this dress to be a possible
