I didn't have the heart to cut its so decadently fabulous. It would be great in a movie or a costume. The double layered skirt has ruffles and is trimmed with its original silken ribbon. The outer layer has three places with a handprint or so sized area of holes, plus some other deterioration along the hem. There is also some staining. The ribbons, which are in generally good
