It's lined in satin with the Adam logo on the inside, has one snap at the brim and is oval shaped with side seams. It's sized a Large 7 1 4 7 3 8. It measures 11" by 9 1 2" on the top and the inside band is 22". Excellent condition. Catalog # 5745
