60's Green and Red Plaid Pleated Skirt leather coat slips on over the headvintage 1960s plaid skirt. this feels like wool, but it's actually acrylic! red, green, and yellow plaid with a side metal zip and a slight elastic back on the waist band. looks like someone moved the button to make this a smaller skirt. currently sits at 25" 26" and can be moved up to one inch more. measurements :: fits a modern small :: waist: 25" 26" (could move button to 27") hips: up to 40" length (top of waist to hem): 22" details label: n a
