This unique beauty was 100% hand crafted in the Philippines for "Rosemary's" in the late 1970's early 1980's. The fabrication is 65% polyester and 35% cotton in black. It has a light weight, breathable feel to it (similar to linen, but not so wrinkle prone). Extensive, ornate, and colorful hand embroidery and beading was done on the sleeves, front, and back.
