80’s Striped Secretary Dress by L Rothschild leif garrett Shirt Length 24 in /Early 80's secretary chic dress by L Rothschild of San Francisco. There is no fabric content tag, but it seems to be a semi sheer (you might want to wear over a slip) navy blue polyester with red, green, white and yellow stripes.
