Made by Ritter. Tag line reads "It's in the Bag". The lining is a polished cotton and has one pocket. There is a light yellow stain on the lower part of the pocket. Otherwise in good condition. The bottom has a stiff panel inserted so the purse does stand up when there are contents inside. I really like the little ruffle at the top and the shape of this bag!
