70’s/80’s Blue Pleated Shoulder Padded Dress by It's A Lehigh braised boho belt 1980’s or 1990’s purple &It's A Lehigh blue knee length dress with multi color (brown, green, mauve, maroon, blue, and light pink) floral belt with 3 4 quarter sleeves, cuffed at the end. Dress is shoulder padded, pleated in the front with an elastic waist. Dress looks bright blue in photos, but has a purple ish tint. Please keep in mind photos have light exposure adding brightness.
