My head measures the same and I usually wear a small hat, this one is flexible so it should fit most people unless you have thick hair or know your hat size is large. Hat measures 8 in diameter, brim is wide and inner circumference of crown is 22 and it is flexible. Height of crown is 6. Fabric is finely woven straw with silk ribbon, horsehair ruffle and rayon
