60’s Hat, Ivory Organza Pleated Pillbox marled knit crescent moons1965 ivory pleated pillbox. A stiff net base secures the shape, covered with pleated ivory organza fabric, topped with a thick veiling that comes just below the edge. Interior is finished with a taupe petersham ribbon.
