80's Halo Style Blue Woven Hat by Deborah Rhodes size 6 26w there is a super faintMade of intricately woven textile that has an ever so slight sheen, and or pearlescent shine to it. Made in the classic halo style, and with an attached green fabric flower, and a matching blue gray fabric bow like detail. This hat is perfect for a formal event like a wedding, or for Easter Sunday. 21" circumference Size small US In great vintage condition. The fabric flower, and matching fabric bow details are a little loose. May need to reattach
