Four pockets, 2 large patch pockets and two smaller breast button pockets. The metal buttons are all marked Big Mac. The inside label reads BIG MAC, 64% Cotton 36% Polyester, Union Made, JCPenney. Mint condition, appears to have never been worn or washed. No size is indicated so please check the measurements below carefully. It is approximately a 2X
