G.D. Vajra: Albe Barolo DOCG 2019 Fair Wein Diese Lage wurde von AlessandroThe Barolo Albe comes from three different Cru sites within the Comune Barolo: Coste, Fossati, La Volta. Since these sites have different exposures and range from 380 to 480 meters in elevation, there are three sunrises here (Albe means sunrises in Italian). After the harvest, a long maceration takes place, between 27 and 57 days, on the grape skins. The "Submerged Cap" method is used, meaning wooden beams keep the grape skins submerged under the wine
