On the palate, the balance between the red fruits and acidity of Grenache and the dark fruits and power of Syrah is well struck, with flavors of kirsch, bittersweet chocolate, black cherry, and chalky tannins. A serious, powerful Cotes de Tablas that is delicious now but also has the stuffing to age.
