Alziari: Natives Olivenöl Extra, "Cuvee Prestige", Fruité Douce, mild, 500 ml Kierdorf and again in 2011Very fine and renowned oil from the ancient Alziari oil mill in Nice. The golden yellow blend was cold pressed from fully ripe harvested olives and, with its fruity mild finesse, is especially tasty with cooked dishes and also with fine raw vegetables. On the palate, this olive oil clearly develops its fruitiness with light notes of mango, artichoke, and nuts. The scent of fresh almonds is also found in the taste and intensifies in warm dishes.
