Medium fast action. Full length and expertly refinished with perhaps the ferrule oxidation being the only thing that doesn't quite match what would have come out of the Payne shop. Original guides and agate stripper were used in the restoration. The varnish is superb. Brown wraps with yellow edges, extra band of purple at the keeper and male ferrules.
