Mills Brewing Vatted Porter 5.8% (750ml) Bourbon fully attenuated with mild funkIn February 2018 Mills produced two dark worts from Maris Otter, brown, oat and rye malts. One wort underwent a spontaneous fermentation in a fresh red Bordeaux barrel, the other in one of Mills' favourite and much used barrels, brimming with house culture.
