The only reason this isn't considered mint condition is a few marks on the reel foot

Terry Ackland Fly Rod 7’ 2/2 #3 8’5” I cannot find any evidenceA Terry Ackland bamboo fly rod, 7', 2 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #3 line. 3. 6 ounces. Mint, unfished condition. Very fast action and I'd be tempted to try a #4 line on it as well. The finish appears to be a kind of matte oil finish. Blonde cane. Dark maroon wraps. Carbide stripper and dark snake guides. Oxidized Super Z swiss style ferrules. The rod is straight across the ferrules but shows a slight twist to the left at the tip tops. The ferrules
